A: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery to most European countries takes 8–18 business days from the shipping date.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping is a flat €4.90 — and it's FREE on all orders over €29. No promo codes needed, it's applied automatically at checkout.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We currently ship across Europe (EU + UK, Switzerland and Norway).
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number you can use on the carrier's website.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: You can modify or cancel within 2 hours of placing it. After that, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

A: Yes! All our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and selected with pet safety and durability in mind. Always supervise your pet with new toys.
