30-Day Returns

We want you (and your pet!) to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@klevvi.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll confirm and provide the return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we'll send a replacement or full refund.
